If we bump into something, we may see the blueish green bruise. If we burn our skin from touching something hot, we can see the redness and the blister forming.

But emotional pain is almost invisible. It’s so easy to hide it behind smiles and cheerful gestures. And worse, if not catered, the emotional pain can grow deeper in our soul and eat us away.

Yes, we are all travellers on a journey towards Allah.

“But what if I tumbled over and injured myself?”
